Not necessarily. Many conditions respond well to therapy alone. Whether medication is recommended depends on your specific diagnosis, the severity of symptoms, and your personal preferences. If medication is suggested, we will explain the options clearly — how it works, what to expect, and any side effects. You are always part of that decision. We never prescribe without discussion.

It depends on what you're dealing with. Some people feel significantly better after 6–8 sessions. Others with more complex histories or chronic conditions benefit from longer-term support. We reassess regularly and never keep you in treatment longer than necessary. The goal is always your independence, not your dependence on us.
